WHO: Meridian Mayor Robert Simison, Meridian Police Chief Tracy Basterrechea, Meridian City Council, and members of the Meridian Police Department
The City of Meridian invites the public to attend a 9/11 Memorial Ceremony to honor the victims of the attack on September 11, 2001. The ceremony will include Meridian’s Honor Guard and brief statements from dignitaries.
“As our country came together on that day many years ago, we will come together again to continue and uphold our promise,” said Chief Basterrechea, “that we will never forget.”
